GlowGearWorld – Online Shop

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders, deliveries and services provided via the GlowGearWorld online shop.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

3. Offer and product presentation

The products, prices and information displayed in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer , but rather a non-binding online catalog.
Product images may vary slightly due to lighting, screen display, or supplier variations.

4. Prices and taxes

All prices are quoted in CHF (Swiss Francs) .

For deliveries abroad, additional costs such as customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or local VAT may apply. These are not included in the price and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Delivery area

We deliver worldwide .

5.2 Shipping costs

In most cases, shipping is free . If shipping costs apply to specific products or regions, this will be displayed during the ordering process.

5.3 Delivery times

The delivery time is usually:

  • Switzerland: approx. 5–12 working days

  • International: approx. 7–28 working days

In case of delays, the customer will be informed by email.

Delivery times may vary depending on the product, stock status or customs control and are non-binding .

6. Payment

Payments are made via:

✔️ Shopify Payments (includes credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)

Payment must be received in full before the order is shipped.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of GlowGearWorld until full payment is received.

8. Right of withdrawal & return

Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

Return policy:

  • The products must be returned unused, unopened, complete and in their original packaging .

  • The customer bears the return shipping costs, unless a wrongly delivered or damaged product was received.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

No right of withdrawal in the case of:

  • hygiene products

  • personalized products

  • electronic items that have been opened or used

  • Reduced or sale items (if explicitly marked)

9. Warranty & Liability

For material defects, the statutory warranty applies in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR).
GlowGearWorld accepts no liability for damages resulting from:

  • improper use

  • unauthorized repairs

  • Wear and tear or normal deterioration

  • Delays due to customs or international logistics

10. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy .
Data is not sold.

11. Force Majeure

Events beyond our control (customs, strikes, natural disasters, supply chain problems, etc.) extend delivery times and temporarily release us from our performance obligations.

12. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

GlowGearWorld reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
The terms and conditions valid at the time of ordering apply.

13. Jurisdiction & Law

Swiss law applies.
